The Florida Panthers are set to kick off their 2023-24 NHL regular season on October 13th against the New York Islanders at FLA Live Arena. The Panthers will play a total of 82 games this season, including 41 home games and 41 away games.
The Panthers will face off against each of the other 31 NHL teams at least twice during the regular season. They will play three games against their divisional rivals, the Boston Bruins, Buffalo Sabres, Detroit Red Wings, Montreal Canadiens, Ottawa Senators, and Toronto Maple Leafs.
The Panthers will also play two games against each of the other 20 teams in the league. They will play one game at home and one game away against each of these teams.
The Panthers will be looking to improve on their performance from last season, when they finished with a record of 51-23-8 and won the Presidents Trophy. They will be led by a young core of players, including Aleksander Barkov, Jonathan Huberdeau, and Aaron Ekblad.
